For your convenience our Vital Logistics service gives you the opportunity to order online your shipment (domestic or international) of biological substance or pharmaceuticals requiring temperature controlled transportation. Thanks to this unique service no need to worry about packaging or dry-ice/gel packs supplies.

Inform us of the desired date and time for pick up and our driver will show up at the designated place* with the appropriate shipping box and, if needed, gel packs or dry-ice. You will just have to put your product into the box**, then, our driver will close it in front of you and will transport it to the agreed destination.

For each and every order booked online, our customer service department will contact you prior to the collection date in order to discuss the required documents needed to ensure a trouble-free customs clearance. Customer service representative will also answer all your questions and will attend to all your servicing requirement.

NV Logistics QMS (Quality Management System) complies with the GDP (Good distribution Practice) in force for the transportation and storage of Pharmaceuticals. In addition, NV Logistics is authorized by Swissmedic for storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
